Tips to prevent health problems in night shift workers

1. Healthy food

6. Take a walk
You need to go for a walk or take a break to calm the eye and the mind. It also can refresh your body and help you to stay awake.

7. Avoid greasy foods
Greasy foods can slow digestion and fatigue. In addition, oily foods rich in calories and cholesterol that are not good for health.
