1. Drinking water 
Drink a glass of water when you wake up in the morning, and do not forget to always carry a bottle of water in the bag. By doing so, you will avoid dehydration. 

2. Getting enough sleep 
When you are tired, levels of the stress hormone cortisol will increase. That could trigger excessive appetite. Adjust your bedtime, try not to sleep less than seven hours a day.

3. Do not force yourself 
Your body has a limit, so do not force your body. Let your body rest for a moment when you are busy working. 

4. Bring snacks 
By eating every few hours (even if it's only a few bites), it will help you to ward off the desire to eat junk food. Try to include some healthy snacks in your bag or your vehicle, so that your stomach can remain unfilled. 

5. Regular health checks 
You should regularly check with your doctor to determine the condition of your body. A time to go to the doctor once a month.
