1. Honey 
Use honey can provide a quick glucose injection. It is also easily digested and absorbed into the blood. Take one tablespoon of honey when you feel your blood sugar levels down.

2. Sugar or candies 
Sugar or candy can provide a rapid supply of glucose to the body. This could be the best way to increase blood sugar levels because it is easily digested.

3. Eat every few hours 
This method can prevent a decrease in blood sugar levels suddenly. Eating with a shorter time interval can help you keep your blood sugar levels.

4. Avoid artificial sweeteners
